The basic dress is the foundation upon which patternmaking, fit, and design are based and it’s made up of 5 distinct sets which you will receive once you download this package.

Women’s basic dress foundation set pattern.

SIZES: UK 4 – 20/US 2 – 16

No seam allowance added. Ease of 1/4inch is included.

SKILL LEVEL: This basic dress foundation is designed for pattern cutters and dressmakers. Beginners to Advanced level.

DIGITAL PATTERN – Once payment is made, you’ll receive an email immediately with a link to download PDF files of the pattern and instructions, which can be printed at home on A4 paper or US Letter. You will need Adobe Reader to print the pattern in order to print the correct scale.

PACK CONTENTS: 5-piece basic block set which includes a front bodice, back bodice, a front skirt, back skirt, and a slim full-length sleeve, AND instruction leaflet on how to print and assemble your pattern.
